Cautions before working of the Steel bar cutter:
1. Check the bolts at all parts, and they must not be damaged and fastened firmly.
2. Check the circuit and switch, the wire end should be firmly connected, the switch contact should be reliable, and the grounding should be good
3. The bolts that fix the blade must not be loose.
4. Check the clutch, the contact should be stable.
5. Turn 2-3 turns by hand for trial operation. After the parts are flexible and unobstructed, turn on the power and run for 1-2 minutes. All parts are working normally without abnormal sound.
